Throughout the month of March, Kishores and Yuvaks had many seva opportunities, such as Vasan seva, Food Prep for BKST, serving seva, preparing for Swaminarayan Jayanti, helping with Bal Sports Day, setting up for the Kite Festival, and something as simple as vacuuming the Sabha Rooms!

Kushbhai Desai
He keeps the mood light and radiates energy to everyone. He recently helped create one of the best activities for KST as he organized a mandir-wide scavenger hunt for 40+ balaks and kishores. He is incredibly talented in many ways and committed to growing in satsang.
This past summer at Shibir, while doing seva for Bal Shibir, he mentioned multiple times how grateful he was to have the opportunity to do this seva and help create a good experience for the balaks. That mindset shows how seriously he takes his role and how much he values seva.
Last year during Shravan mas, Kushbhai did chandrayan vrat. The surprising thing was that this was his first time ever doing a vrat for Shravan mas. And he started with Chandrayan!
I have seen him pick up a new niyam or improve his current ones so many times. No matter how far he climbs, his utsah never reaches an end. This shows us the power of utsah. It does not go away and continues to push you to new heights.
He takes all of these niyams that go above and beyond the expectations. I've also seen him ask genuine questions about certain satsang topics to clarify his understanding, sometimes outside of a sabha/goshthi environment when some of these things aren't on peoples' minds.

Sanchalbhai Shah
Sanchalbhai has a very warm and welcoming personality, and it is always a pleasure to be around him. I have never heard him speak negatively about anything or anyone. His gun-grahak drashti is visible. I also echo Swāmi - he is very prompt in his responses and does an excellent job in communication between the two wings.
The summer after graduating, I was still looking for a job. Luckily for me, Sanchalbhai reached out and talked to me several times about potential careers I was interested in. Through this, he got me an interview with the CIO of one company for a position that matched exactly what I looked for (and fully remote!).
Sanchalbhai is always available! I message him at different times in the day and ask when it’s good to talk for him and he almost always replies that he can speak! It shows how much he prioritizes his seva! No doubt he is busy with work, family, etc., but he makes excellent time for seva and does it while enjoying it to make Bapa raaji! Enjoying seva is key!

Rushibhai Anup
Rushibhai is on another level when it comes to doing seva. No matter what event it is, he’s always helping out with some kind of seva, especially near the loading dock. You’ll always see him there lifting, organizing, or making sure everything runs smoothly. He stays up late nights to finish things that others might not want to do, and he never complains about it. This kind of hunger to do seva is really needed in our mandal, and he’s a great inspiration to all of us.
Another great example would be this past Summer Shibir. During Bal Adhiveshan for program and for Rajipo Islands we had made many requests for deco/props. A lot of these requests were made either last minute or required a lot of back and forth, but without irritation or frustration Rushibhai would calmly meet up with us and discuss the progress and make sure our requests were fulfilled
He really embodies "practice what you preach" and is always down to do seva with anyone and anywhere. I also remember an instance where we wanted to get some kishores and yuvaks to help out with deco seva more and one of the tasks was cleaning up the loading dock. We all know that the loading dock is often a mess, especially after large events. Even though it was a busy time for him at the store and he was no where responsible for the mess that was in the loading dock, Rushibhai and some other kishores/yuvaks got together and got the loading dock cleaned and organized without any complaint!
